Austria’s new IP-strategy
The Austrian government has presented a comprehensive paper on Austria’s new IP-strategy. The Austrian Patent Office shall get an IP-hub that facilitates access to state subsidies and other IP-related services. About that an arbitration board shall settle disputes on employees’inventions.
