GEISTWERT partner Juliane Messner once again gave a lecture to more than 20 interested LL.M. candidates as part of the postgraduate university course for information and media law at the University of Vienna [Link] on 6 April 2025: Juliane gave the students an understanding of the topic ‘Mergers & Acquisitions and Start-Ups in the IP/IT environment’ in the on-site and online presentation.
