Business Law

As an entrepreneur one requires a “Super-Brain”: Business Law regulates everything a businessperson needs to know.

Business Law (formerly Commercial Law) is the term for those legal special provisions applying to entrepreneurs. It is closely related to general civil law, banking and capital markets law, intellectual property rights (trademark, patent, design, and copyright law), the Act against Unfair Practices, and anti-trust laws. Legal questions in connection with new media, such as e-commerce, are also included herein.
