As part of the Korea Outreach Group, GEISTWERT partner Rainer Schultes gave a presentation on the Unified Patent Court (UPC) and the scope of long-arm jurisdiction in Korea. Discussions with legal and industry associations such as KIPLA, KINPA, LESK, the Korea Patent Attorneys Association (KPAA), AIPPIKR, SBA, KBA, KCIA and KSIA also provided the European delegation with some interesting insights.
