Max Mosing recently left Gassauer-Fleissner for new boutique GEISTWERT. He is highly active in the IT sector, where he is widely regarded as a „very fine trade mark lawyer.“ Sources view his specialist focus on issues at the interface of IP and IT law as one of his main strengths. He is a board member of the Austrian Association for Intellectual Property & Copyright.
