GEISTWERT joins EmpCo at the Climate Pact event in Graz

On 7 October, GEISTWERT partner Juliane Messner gave a presentation at the Climate Pact event in Graz on the EmpCo Guidelines and their implementation in Austria. Under the hashtag #bindabei, the City of Graz invited numerous companies and organisations to network and exchange ideas.

Juliane Messner was invited to give a presentation on this topic as an expert and explained what the amendments to the UWG actually mean in practice, which business practices are misleading, what the legal consequences are, and how the law is enforced. Following the presentations, there was a very lively discussion, moderated by Julia Fessler (susform).
