GEISTWERT goes University – “M&A and IP”

On 19/10/2026, GEISTWERT partner Juliane Messner once again gave a lecture as part of the postgraduate university programme in Information and Media Law at the University of Vienna (Master of Laws (LL.M.)) to more than 25 interested LL.M. candidates. They recently started the master’s programme: it is always great fun to bring the topic of “Mergers & Acquisitions and start-ups in the IP/IT environment” closer to the students in an on-site and online presentation over four hours.
