GEISTWERT‘s all-partner team, consisting of Constantin Kletzer, Juliane Messner, Max Mosing, Alexander Schnider and Rainer Schultes, assists TMT clients, including social media and streaming giants, on a spectrum of IT and IP matters, and maintains a particularly strong presence in Austria’s video game industry, where it advises clients on matters ranging from copyrights to NFTs.
