Newly founded IP boutique Geistwert comprises five experienced partners, coming from four different renowned firms in the Austrian market. This past year the firm has been representing in an unfair competition dispute, regarding an allegation of patent infringement from a competitor. The case concerned an action against misleading advertising of an Austrian manufacturer of generic drugs.
